Thank you for shopping with Mystery Bunny Pop. We accept returns or exchanges only in cases of defective items, damaged items, or items shipped in error, as outlined below.

1) Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
Returns or exchanges for customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, difference from personal expectation) are not accepted.
Randomized products such as SCOOP items or surprise grab bags are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of product defects or wrong items received.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery and include an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
Requests submitted without an unboxing video may be declined.

2) Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

For approved cases of defect, damage, or wrong item, we will cover reasonable return or exchange shipping costs.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will proceed with a replacement or a refund as applicable.

3) Refunds

Once the returned item has arrived and been inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (processing times may vary by payment provider).
